Gretchen is a registered and licensed dietitian who has a specialty in pediatric nutrition. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship in 2006 from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). Following her internship, she completed a 10-month pediatric nutrition program at IUPUI and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in dietetics.

Gretchen has over 13 years of experience working with a variety of individuals, in both the hospital setting and outpatient clinical settings. Gretchen is an expert in nutrition and strongly believes in the importance of a well-balanced diet, as it sets the foundation for how our body functions. Each person is unique, and it makes sense that the nutrients a person needs is unique as well. Gretchen believes in a non-diet/all inclusive nutrition approach to eating. She loves meeting patients where they are and through collaboration, design a plan to help each individual feel their best, do their best, and be their best. She strives to make learning fun, easy, and interesting.
